Charge Nigel Farage with Insitement to Racial Hatred.
Rejected
14 signatures
What the petition asks
Nigel Farage gained votes to leave the EU via Nazi propaganda and since the referendum results, hate crimes have gone up by around 60%. You could say, hate crimes have gone up as a direct result of Nigel Farage's hate campaign.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Incitement to racial hatred is a crime in the UK. We can't accept petitions which accuse a person or organisation of breaking the law. If you think you have evidence that the law has been broken, that would be a matter for the police.
