What the petition asks
Currently the Law states that if you run over a Dog and fail to Stop you can Be Prosecuted, However if you Run over a Cat and Drive On Then There Will Be No Action Taken Against Said Person and They Can Get Away with It As Cats Are Not Currently Deemed To Be worth The Worry,
