Guarantee existing rights of EU migrants resident or working in the UK
Rejected

What the petition asks
To show solidarity with our European friends the government should immediately pass legislation which will guarantee the residency and working rights of all European Union citizens currently living, working or studying in the UK.
Since the result of the European Referendum, a number of racist attacks have occurred, leaving many of our friends and neighbours anxious and worried about their future in this country.
Passing legislation that guarantees the future of European Union Citizens currently living in our country will send a strong message that intolerance and racism have no place in our society.
