Change Law: General Election must be called if incumbent Prime Minister resigns.
Rejected

What the petition asks
If an incumbent Prime Minister resigns, the party currently in power holds a leadership election, and the new party leader becomes Prime Minister with no public mandate. This is undemocratic and unfair.
We believe that calling a General Election should be mandatory following these events.
