Any attempt to overturn the Brexit vote must be considered an act of Treason.

What the petition asks

Transfer of power from our sovereign, democratic parliament to the unelected EU Commission, Presidents, ECJ, and EU parliament (show parliament with no substantial powers) is treason. The people instructed HM govt to leave the EU; any attempt to overturn this vote must be prosecuted as treason.
Handing over of our democratic rights to the undemocratic EU was always treason. This was overlooked due to the establishment's broad support for the EU, and the presumed mandate from the 1975 referendum.

The people have now voted to Leave the EU. Therefore any attempts to overturn the result of the referendum via parliament, further referendums or any other means must be considered treason. The law must be enforced.

Repeating the referendum until we agree with the EU will not be tolerated.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Decisions about whether to prosecute people for specific crimes are not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
