Stop Darlington Borough Council from selling the Building that is the Library.

What the petition asks
The Building was gifted to the Towns People by The Pease family, to be used as a library or Educational Establishment and is not owned by DBC, and therefore can not be sold by them for profit.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
