Call a judicial review into the legality of the Referendum.

What the petition asks
We the undersigned call upon the Government to halt all procedures intended to enact the process of withdrawing the British people from the EU and to seek a Judicial Review to determine whether the calling of the Referendum exceeded the limits of Government’s power.
Removing legal rights people enjoy through membership of the EU without their permission, on a mere 2% difference in opinion, is morally and legally suspect. Millions were born into a Britain already a member of the EU and see themselves as citizens of that greater family of Europe. Evidence is growing that the motivation for this referendum was to resolve strife within a British political party not to benefit this nation and so by its very nature, it was a corrupt and misguided enterprise.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
