Stop public funding of policing for the orange walks
Rejected
19 signatures
What the petition asks
The Orange Order walks are still allowed to disrupt travel, are policed by public funds & create a noise disruption. We would like to see this practice banned - or at the very least they should be paying for their own policing.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Policing in Northern Ireland is a devolved responsibility.
