What the petition asks

Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson deserves to be recognised for the admirable way he has persuaded the UK to exit the EU leaving both the UK divided and the Europe Union on the brink of collapse. Not only that he then withdrew from any responsibility of sorting out the mess he created.

A period of indefinite contemplation as Governor of St Helena is an appropriate reward for his efforts. More usefully perhaps he could use his Third London airport experience to sort out the non-working one in St Helena.

Why it was rejected

It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
