What the petition asks
British Universities in particular benefit from participation in European projects. Access to grants and colleagues from across the EU is vital to our universities and our science. We get out more than we put in. Why lose it?
UK universities in particular benefit hugely from participation in pan European projects and need reassurance from the Government that will continue. Access to the European Research Area is vital to British science and future generations. A recent parliamentary report strongly backed this position. In the future it could be possible for British business to benefit in the same way as universities.
