Use land of former Portland school for parks and sports grounds.

What the petition asks
IPACA land will be sold off to housing developers in the future but this is not going to be affordable. The land should be used for recreation and sporting facilities, more housing will not be beneficial to local communities and merge villages together loosing their identities
