Make it law for unisex baby changing facilities to be provided in public houses

What the petition asks
Baby changing facilities should be also provided for those who are single dad's. They are often provided but are in ladies toilets making this extremely difficult.

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
