My own example is my wife and I married over in the USA 15/04/2011 due to unrealistic income requirement have been apart for 5 years of our marriage we have had just 9 months together 3 in USA and 6 in the UK, she has vast experience in care and in hotel management and retail so could get a job here, I am easily able to gain work there as a PSV driver and HGV and or in gaining EMT state certification there to gain employment! Both of us would have to file taxes in our own countries even if zero!
