Change all current motorcycle licensing laws.

What the petition asks
The current Motorcycle licensing laws are dangerous for young riders and deter them from progressing to a higher licence. The 28MPH limit on 50cc's is extremely dangerous especially on duel carriageways. The A1 licence should be 250/300cc for motorway use, 125cc's are treacherous for motorway use.
Things that need to change:
1- Remove the 28MPH limit on 50cc scooters, they are very dangerous. Most people de-restrict them anyway.
2- Change the following classes 125cc Lerner rider; 250/300cc A1 rider; 600+cc A unrestricted rider
3- Allow A1 upgrade system after 2 years of holding the A1 license.
4- Change CBT to include some theory
5- Lower the cost of tests as failing is up to £75 down the drain
6- Make more test times available for around 5PM to 7PM Mon to fri and weekends if possible.
