Have one single minimum wage rate regardless of age

What the petition asks

As it stands the UK has 3 different minimum wage brackets for over 18's. Surely in this day and age this is pure discrimination. Two people with the exact same job, should be paid exactly the same. Their wage shouldn't be dependent on when they were born.
Companies should not be given the opportunity to take advantage of younger workers. I was on the understanding we were walking away from slave labour, not encouraging it.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Everyone on National Minimum Wage should receive the same wage regardless of age
