Employ commission to assess risks of leaving EU before triggerring article 50.

What the petition asks

As the referendum did not set a threshold necessary to leave the EU, the result should only be taken as advisory. A parliamentary vote should be made following a commission within short/fixed timescale, reviewing the benefits/costs/risks to the UK/constituent populations of triggering article 50.
