Call for an Immediate General Election upon Theresa May's Arrival as PM

Rejected 20 signatures

What the petition asks

The election of Theresa May was made by default and NOT by the general public; by no more than 150 MP's. This may or may not reflect the general public's opinion, and therefore a general election would clarify the general public's opinion.
Since the brexit vote, little progress has been made, and we the public feel that a Prime Minister (Theresa May) who voted to remain inside the European Union would hinder our progress.
