We demand a general election this year!

What the petition asks
Under the Fixed-Term Parliaments Act 2011, an election may be held early in only three cases and one of them is if The House of Commons, by a two-thirds majority, votes to hold an early election.
The House of Commons must have a vote on whether to hold a general election early and they must vote in accordance to what we the people demand which is for there to be a general election this year.
