What the petition asks

My two children have autism spectrum disorder and also suffer with anxiety. They find going into the school impossible. Since taking them out of school they are doing fantastic. But this as caused us to reduce our working hours and causes us financial problems. All we need is a little help

If like with in elderly care a percentsge of the money set aside for a childs education could be paid to parents to home educate a child with special educational needs. It would enable child to recieve a good quality home education and relieve the financial burdon on the family.
