1.An MP's home residence address needs to be located in their own constituency?

What the petition asks

The electorate only vote in the constituency where they live this rule is not a requirement to become an MP meaning if you wished to be an MP you could stand for any constituency in the UK the rules that apply to the constituencies voters should apply to anyone who stand as the MP.
