Control Horse & small animal breeding within the UK
Rejected

What the petition asks
The UK is currently in crisis with animal breeding. Charities are bursting at the seams, animals are being put to sleep because they are not seen as young enough to rehome. Small charities are closing down with owners being drowned in debt trying to save what they have spent their lives working for.
Horses are being dumped on the side of the road, Dogs let off in parks with no intention of bringing them home, Cats are being dumped in bins as charities can't take them in and owners are 'unable' to care for them.
Meat men are getting horses from sales for pocket change.
The situation is already out of control, it will take years to get on top of this as it is so we need to make a start now!
Make it a legal requirement to be registered as a breeder of these animals!
