Stop children convicted of serious offences from attending mainstream schools

What the petition asks
The current legislative framework MUST be reviewed to ensure those committing the most serious offences such as stabbing another child cannot return to mainstream school, putting the safety of children & teachers at risk
There MUST be a minimum period of monitoring and psychological assessment within a specialist unit before offenders are reintegrated, irrespective of the number of previous exclusions a child has. Disruptive behaviour currently carries the same punishment as stabbing.
