Prevent legalised ticket touting on websites, for sporting/arena based events

What the petition asks
When tickets go on sale for highly anticipated events, such as boxing or music gigs/festivals, they are bought in bulk by ticket touts and re-sold immediately on the internet for an extreme mark up. There should be a legal maximum mark up price for any re-sold ticket or at least some other fail safe
This, in my experience happens mostly to me on boxing events, where even the cheapest £40 ticket is re-sold for over £150. I imagine it's the same with all types of event tickets. Many people will agree with me that this needs to stop, to prevent the normal every day fan from being priced out of going.
