Lower the age of mamograms for women

What the petition asks
I have quite a few friends with breast cancer and a couple of them have had their breast cancer found because they had an early mamogram. This could have saved their lives, so I would like to see if we can get the age lowered to help save lives.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
