What the petition asks

His spouse visa has been denied on the basis that 1 the financial side and 2 a place of residence upon arrival to the UK . Despite my mother writing a letter to confirm that me my husband and kids will be staying with her until we found a place of our own.

we clearly mentioned in our appeal that life in the US wasn't good and I wanted to come home to the UK to be with my family and our daughter can grow up with her cousins something we don't have in the US.we arrived in the UK to spend time with the family our daughter goes to stay n play which she loves and is able to go to nursery for 15 hrs a week she's settled down perfectly my wife is staying in the UK to settle down get a house our daughter and son can be with the family They are thriving.
