What the petition asks

When in rural areas it is often impossible to make mobile phone calls and when possible the reliability of the signal is very poor, this includes both Voice and Data signals.
Agricultural businesses use mobile signals for different reasons, these system are often unreliable due to poor networks

Use mobile devises for voice or data in French rural areas then repeat this in the UK, there is a major difference in performance, the UK offering a system which is often poor in quality, unpredictable & not fit for purpose.
The difference appears to be the fact that the French system roams between providers while the UK doesn't allow UK devises to roam.
Poor quality UK Networks costs rural business and needs to be improved urgently. Rural UK business need a system fit for purpose.
