Change in Immigration rules due to the immigration solicitors negligence

What the petition asks
Our application for leave to remain was simply rejected because our Immigration solicitor showed negligence in our application, after spending 11 years in UK we are now on verge to be removed from UK, I request everyone to sign this petition and bring change in immigration rules
We want Secretary of State to consider Solicitor's negligence as an exceptional circumstances.
For Example Law includes below as exceptional circumstances currently :
o travel or postal delays.
or beyond control situation for applicant.
For example:
o The Home Office has lost or delayed returning travel documents.
o The applicant is having problems replacing lost documents as a result of theft, fire or
flood.
but Point requested to be included in Law is as below:
o Your previous solicitor's showed negligence in your case and you have evidance from legal ombudsman to prove solicitors negligence.
