UK Government to include disabled people under current UK hate crime legislation

What the petition asks

The recent events in Japan where 19 learning disabled people were murdered because they were disabled, has again highlighted an omission under current UK legislation.I'm asking for an amendment to current Hate Crime laws, to include disabled people who are often targeted by hate crime.
