What the petition asks

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUHFT) is consulting on the way services are provided at the Horton General Hospital in Banbury
Their plans could take away A&E, consultant-led maternity, Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU), 24 hour / 7 day a week children's ward and intensive care.

The John Radcliffe Hospital is yet again expected to be the main bolster for all emergency services. That's fine if you live near by, however what happens when you live 40 minutes to an hour away from the hospital and your in need of assistance, due to either injury, sudden illness or because your in labour.
