Levy £1.00 tax on non recyclable coffee cups and give proceeds to NHS.

What the petition asks
Britain throws away 2 500 000 000 coffee cups a year which cannot be recycled. The technology exists to make them recyclable. This tax will make it an economic necessity for the BIG coffee companies to act.
