Make the BBC optional and retire T.v Licensing

What the petition asks
When the cost of living is at it's highest ever . I Believe that being made to pay for a Company like the BBC as well as a T.V License is against our Human right's . You can not force people to pay for entertainment ! and why do you need a License for a T.V anyway ? It's a T.V !
Keep it simple and to the point is my motto <3
