Rebuild the beacon Cafe on the Malvern hills.

What the petition asks
The beacon cafe A café that had existed on the summit of the Malvern Hills for many decades was destroyed by fire in 1989.
The cafe had the best views of the Malverns and surrounding areas & was the only rest stop with facilities on the upper reaches of the hills on the beacon path, It used to be a gathering place once a year for the lighting of the beacons a tradition that has been lost in recent times, After the fire everyone expected the cafe to be rebuilt sadly this was not the case & part of Malverns history was lost, This something that needs to be restored not just for Malvernians but visitors to the area.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
