Make not having a changing bed and hoist in disabled toilets illegal

What the petition asks
Many families with children who have conditions and impairments have to change their children on the floors of toilets. We believe that this is wrong. A safe and clean place to go to the toilet and be changed should be a human right. If you agree then please join us and sign here.
