What the petition asks
To protect UK citizens from criminal or terrorist acts by refugees and migrants and to protect those refugees and migrants from exploitation and harm. Obtaining biometric data will remove anonymity, allowing the welfare of migrants to be monitored and providing a deterrent to crime and terrorism.
