Make the old American Adventure site lake public to fishermen.

What the petition asks
American Adventure is a old theme park, closing in 2007 the lake was left stranded and fishermen try and fish it but get removed off the site.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
