Allow Arriva to take over Network Warrington Bus Company

What the petition asks

Network Warrington is a overpriced bus company. Bus fares has gone up twice in over 6 months in 2015, Number of service withdrawn upsetting the passengers who rely them to get to work, school and college and it shows the number of passengers using Network Warrington has dropped dramatically.
According to the Guardian, 85% of the votes of the reason why the numbers are falling on Network Warrington is too expensive, Second place is unreliable at 7%.
A number of people are calling for a bus company to take over Network Warrington. The majority of which is Arriva.
Network Warrington charges £5.95 for a day travel using any Network Warrington while Arrive charges £5.30 for the whole of the north west day travel. Including using some Stagecoach and Halton Transport.
Arriva would be the best option serving Warrington

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
