Hear the voices of the young adult disabled fighting to be heard

What the petition asks
From the age of 18 young disabled people are put into the adult age bracket, but little or nothing is offered for this age group. Overnight they lose majority of the help given to children and do not come into account again until they become pensioners. Though mentally they are still children.
Young adults are forgotten when it comes to living as normal a life as possible. Government need to make it law that they are entitled to the same as childrens services instead of leaving it to their parents. Some of who are elderly or even disabled themselves.
