What the petition asks

This Petition asks the UK Government to establish the necessary steps to Prevent & Prohibit "Fellatio Cafes" from being established in the UK. There are plans for "Fellatio Cafes" to open in London & across the UK, serving coffee & food, customers will choose an escort to perform oral sex on them.

Bradley Charvet, the founder insists "everything related to the (Fellatio Cafe) is legal", But UK Law states "running a brothel" is illegal. What else is this cafe then? Mr Charvet said the cafe would "offer oral sex", there is no difference between oral sex or any other form of sex, he is seeking a legal loop-hole to establish his version of a brothel. The Government must stop this!
