What the petition asks

There are far to many Military Charities, unchecked and uncontrolled, resulting in public donations being syphoned off, 'for Admin charges'
Bogus charities and their collection agencies, are amoral and in many cases actively criminal.
HM Forces, Veterans and their Families deserve better.

The Prime Minister do, with immediate effect, bring forward legislation, for the Ministry of Defence to regulate All Forces Charities. There are far to many so called Military Charities springing up daily, unchecked and uncontrolled, with the result that donated money, from the supporting UK public, is being syphoned off, 'for Admin charges?'
The activities of these bogus charities and their collection agencies, are amoral and in many cases actively criminal.
