What the petition asks
I've got 3 kids who i make wear a helmet. I am forever seeing youngsters with their helmets hanging on their handle bars. I have been following the recent story of Georgia on my mind on facebook and this has highlighted the issue. If it was a legal requirement then it would make it the norm.
