Insist Southern rail are to declassify First Class seats/areas immediately

What the petition asks

For the past 2 years atleast , Londoners & Brits far and wide have been affected by Southern Rail FAILING London, Not only do we endure strike action, delays & through the nose Fares. We are now being forced to only certain parts of the train & can be fined furter expense for sitting in first class.

Every morning and afternoon thousands of people are crammed & crushed into trains that don't run on time and to add insult we are liable to have to pay more money for southerns incompetence.

I experienced first hand this morning after being crammed into a carriage, Whilst STANDING in first class that I had to pay a fare to use first class, This is not only Riciculous but also a Health & Safety violation and also Clearly a way to take more money from hard working Londoners.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Train passenger classifications are a commercial decision for Govia Southern Rail, not a decision for the Government.
