What the petition asks
1. Children/Adults on leaving school will be enrolled in a national service programme if they are not in employment or further education with 3 months of leaving school.
2. Young offenders 16-25 are entered into the national service programme for rehabilitation.
2. Young offenders 16-25 are entered into the national service programme for rehabilitation.
1a. They will recieve a set of skills and further education for a good platform in life and to be a working citizen.
1b. They recieve a wage which pays taxes back not benefits.
1c. Money taken and put into a fund for them when service is finished to help them with a start in life.
2a. Takes down over crowding in prisons.
2b. Gives them a set of skills and trade to give back something to community's. Something were they feel wanted.
2c. Reduces tax payers costs to prisoners.
2d. Pays taxes back.
