Ban Cyclists from riding on the pavement.

What the petition asks
Cyclists riding on the pavement, are a hazard to everybody. I have had to step into the road to avoid being hit by a bike on the pavement. Even coming out of a shop or your own front door can be a hazard. Impose on the spot fines for offenders.
