Allow the Help to Buy ISA bonus to be used for deposits for first-time buyers.

Closed 433 signatures

What the petition asks

The Help to Buy ISA was set up by the government to help first-time buyers. However the money the government puts in cannot be used as part of the deposit.

As the scheme is supposed to help first-time buyers, the money should be usable for the deposit helping people get on the housing ladder!
