Make pet shops pass a test before selling their animals

What the petition asks
Many pet shops are giving the wrong advice about their animals, especially exotics, to first time owners and unfortunately they don't know it could be harming their pet. Pet shops should pass a test on each animal they sell to prevent this from happening.
The main issues are:
The wrong food
Incorrect housing size/type
Incorrect size/type wheels (wire ones injure feet)
Telling people solitary animals "need a friend"
Incorrect bedding type (usually sawdust which is avoided by most people)
Failing to tell customers that CAPTIVE BRED ANIMALS SHOULD NOT BE RELEASED INTO THE WILD
