What the petition asks

Recent use of pellet guns on Kashmiri protestors has caused blindness of more than 150 people mostly children and 60 deaths.
Kashmir is under curfew and serious restrictions imposed on normal daily life for 45 days.
Indian refuses to initiate a dialogue
1. Sir Henry Harding, Governor General on behalf of the British sold Kashmir in 1846 to the Maharaja of Punjab Gulab Singh for 7,500,000 Indian Rupees who then gave it away as a dowry to his son in law Maharaja Hari Singh!
2. British citizensof Kashmiri origin have relatives, near and dear one suffering from the atrocities
3. Kashmir issue is the main flash point between the two nuclear powers, India and Pakistan. Violence only breads violence and plays in the hands of foreign agencies.
