What the petition asks
Cannabis is an illegal drug throughout the UK, although there may be scientific evidence to prove that it may be harmful but isn't it an individual's right to make that decision whether is be harmful to themselves or not. It should be legal for small quantity but not enough for distribution
It provides medical benefits that some prescription drugs cannot
