Continue the London 2012 Olympics tradition of gold postboxes for gold medalists

What the petition asks
In London 2012 gold medalists had gold postboxes in recognition of sporting success and to encourage others. I propose that all gold medalist from the Rio and all subsequent Olympics and paralympics receive the same as a constant reminder that 'if you can dream, you can do it'.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The Royal Mail postbox network is the responsibility of Royal Mail PLC, and not the UK Government.
