Do not bring in a fee/charge to use Recycling Centres nationwide

What the petition asks
My local council and I am sure many will follow suit are planning to start charging for certain types of waste brought to the Recycling Centre. I would like the Government to stop this charge as I fear it will encourage fly tipping.
