What the petition asks

Our 8 year old son with additional needs suffered sustained & violent bullying from a child over 4 years culminating in a significant mental health breakdown. The school can not & will not deal with the bullying. We now cannot get our son into a new school.

Our son was removed from school to safeguard him as the school we were moving him to had conceded an appeal to take him meaning only out of school for 2 weeks, only for the new school to then rescind the offer, two further schools will now not accept him, all three sighting they require an educational health care plan to review first. No agency appears to be interested to grip this, EFA have sent it back to the local authority who have no authority over academies. 106 days out of education now.
